RETURNS

We accept returns within 10 days for exchange or refund. Please email shelby@farmhouseliving.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All shipping charges are non refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items must be unused and in new condition with any tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and sent back to the customer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.

Some products are made from unique fabrics and/or hides. Coloring, print and/or texture may vary slightly, this is what makes them unique and therefore cannot be considered damaged or defective.

Sale items are not returnable.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Purchases are shipped within 5-7 business days (business days do not include weekends or Holidays). Any expectations are listed on product pages. Your receipt with be emailed shortly, and as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. 

Farmhouse Living is not responsible for undelivered, misdelivered (due to incorrect address), or packages that are damaged or destroyed in transit.

DAMAGES

All complaints of damage must we emailed to shelby@farmhouseliving.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. The original packaging must also be saved. While we are not responsible for damages we will help you file a claim with UPS. 

Farmhouse Living reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. If your order is canceled you will be notified within 48­-72 hours of purchase and a full refund will be processed.
