I love Mimosas. I love the simplicity. They’re the perfect way to celebrate, start a day, of just unwind. Nothing a little bubbly can’t fix. I also love Apple Cider! We found this combo on Pinterest and thought it was the PERFECT fall drink for brunch, so we served it at our Creative Workshop last weekend. 

You only need two ingredients to make these little beauties.  It’s not rocket science, but they taste amazing! 


  • Apple Cider
  • Champagne
  • apple slices for garnish (optional)


  1. Pour each champagne glass 1/2-3/4 full with apple cider.
  2. Top with champagne
  3. Enjoy!

The holidays can get busy with celebrating, baking, family time, and eating. This fall cocktail won't over complicate your gathering and is sure to impress your guest.
